President
Dan Shoepe brings more than 25 years of property management experience to his role as President at CLS Living. Before being named President, Mr. Shoepe served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations at CLS.
Prior to joining the company, he spent time as a Regional Vice President at American Campus Communities where he was responsible for fiscal operations, asset management, leasing, and personnel oversight for a 35-property portfolio. At CLS, Mr. Shoepe is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for the company's nationwide portfolio, with a focus on operational excellence, property performance, and long-term growth.
