Elliot J Tamir is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of CLS Living and Vesper Holdings, with over 35 years of experience in the real estate business including multifamily, commercial, development and parking.
Mr. Tamir is known for his superb investment, redevelopment and management strategies, spearheading the enhancement and transformation of property values throughout the CLS/Vesper owned and managed portfolio.
