Austin, Texas — CLS Living has been awarded management of four student housing communities totaling 2,218 beds. The portfolio spans three states and includes Brookside Downtown and The Den, two communities located near the University of Missouri campus in Columbia offering 834 and 522 beds, respectively; Gateway Lofts, a 180-unit market-rate property serving young professionals and graduate students near the Michigan State University campus in East Lansing; and Mazza Grandmarc, a 626-bed community located near the University of Maryland campus in College Park. The Austin, Texas-based company added 14 properties totaling 6,848 beds to its managed portfolio in 2025.
