Jim Sholders is spearheading an executive team of top student housing professionals for Campus, Life & Style (“CLS”), the newly-formed management division of Vesper Holdings, LLC, the 12th largest owner/manager of off-campus housing communities in the United States. In this new position, he oversees an executive staff based out of CLS’ Austin, TX headquarters, and site staff currently for 9,000 beds in 15 properties, across 10 states.

During Mr. Sholders’ tenure with CLS, the firm transitioned more than 9,000 beds within a three-month period. In addition, the 2016 pre-leasing jumped to 98 percent from the previous year’s 90 percent record, with revenue growth in excess of seven percent.
