Rick Green brings more than a decade of experience as Corporate Controller at CLS Living. Before taking on this current role, Mr. Green was a Director of Accounting and Corporate Controller for several growth stage companies in Austin, Texas.
Mr. Green began his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC), where he spent 5 years auditing multinational public companies. Rick is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
At CLS, Mr. Green leads corporate accounting and investor communications, with oversight of tax compliance, strategic planning, treasury management, and fiscal stewardship.
