Travis Downing brings over 15 years of experience to his role as SVP, Controller and Director of Investor Relations at CLS Living. Mr. Downing specializes in tax strategy, financial reporting, and treasury management. Mr. Downing began his career in taxation and later transitioned to private equity real estate, overseeing all financial operations for a real estate development firm.
At CLS, Mr. Downing leads corporate accounting functions and investor communications, ensuring regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and fiscal stewardship. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting from St. Edward’s University and is a licensed tax professional.
